At Zalvyq Analytics S.A.S. we value the privacy of everyone who visits zalvyq.com. This document describes what data we process, for what purpose, on what legal basis and how you can exercise your rights under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its complementary regulations.

2. Data we process
When you complete the contact form we process your name, email address and the message you choose to share. In addition, we register technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and timestamps — directly or through third-party tools.
3. Purposes
We use your data to reply to your enquiries, provide complementary information about our content, maintain site security and integrity, comply with legal obligations and, where applicable and with your consent, for statistical analysis and advertising measurement.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (form and non-essential cookies), on the performance of the relationship you request, on compliance with legal obligations and on the legitimate interest of ensuring proper site operation.
5. Recipients
